Zee joined Corona Partners in 2022 as a Resident Coordinator at the Hopkinson House. In this capacity, Zee served as a liaison between the residents and the construction team throughout the extensive 30-month project to replace the HVAC system in the fully occupied, 536-unit high-rise situated on Washington Square. Presently, Zee is the Assistant Project Manager at the Kingsessing Recreation Center in Southwest Philadelphia, working closely with Rebuild in the renovation of the century-old community center and its expansive 9.2-acre site. Zee appreciates that the work at Corona Partners is community oriented and values preservation with a focus on sustainability. Each solution, whether it relies on tech or process adjustment, works toward strengthening the community in some way, whether in-team or with stakeholders. A lover of history, Zee is driven by a passion for restoring value to the physical asset in order to fortify its enduring cultural impact.

Colin Best

Associate Project Manager

With a background spanning architectural design, customer service, construction, and automotive technology, Colin offers a unique perspective that enriches every project he is a part of. With a Bachelor of Science and Architecture and a focus on facilities management, Colin’s academic foundation has equipped him with a deep understanding of the built environment and the intricacies of managing projects from conception to completion. His experience in architectural design has honed his eye for detail and his ability to visualize and solve complex problems. His commitment to customer service ensures that client needs are not only met but exceeded, in a way that will foster lasting relationships built on trust and satisfaction. Colin is proud of the work he does with Corona Partners because of the emphasis on sustainability in design at every juncture. Through working at Corona Partners, he has learned that sustainability isn’t a trim package that can be added to a floor model, it’s something that needs to be incorporated into the way one thinks about everything. Outside of the office, Colin’s adventurous spirit shines through with his love for rock climbing and practice as a drummer.
